Support
Something broken, something confusing, or an idea for what's missing — this is how you reach us. WillSignal is built and run by one developer, so replies come from a person rather than a queue.
Send feedback from inside the app
Open Account → Support → Send feedback. It attaches your app version and device type so a problem can be reproduced, and never includes the contents of your messages. If you can sign in, this is the fastest route.

Most questions are already answered on the FAQ.
- 1
I can't sign in.
WillSignal accounts sign in with Google, Kakao, Apple, or an email address and password. If you used an email address and have forgotten the password, reset it from the link on the sign-in screen. If you signed in and your account looks empty, your provider may have issued a new ID and signed you into a fresh account — Delete account explains that case.

I've forgotten my inbox passphrase.
Your recovery code restores access to your mailbox key and lets you set a new passphrase. Nothing becomes unreadable. Losing both is different: the old mailbox key is unrecoverable by design. There is no override, no master key, and no support request that can undo it. See Security.
- 3
Nothing has reached my receiver.
Nothing is delivered until your signal goes out, and a draft is never delivered at all. How it works walks through what has to happen first.
- 4
I want to delete my account.
You can do it yourself from any browser — Delete account.
Never email your inbox passphrase, your recovery code, or the contents of a message. We will never ask for any of them, and there is nothing we could do with them: Locked messages are encrypted on your device, within the limits set out on the Security page. Email is not a private channel — keep anything sensitive out of it.
